Package 1: Tiny Toes
Includes:
- In-Person Birth Support, great for first time moms!
- 2-3 prenatal sessions, 1-2 hrs each, this includes learning comfort measures, pain management, breathing techniques, in depth preparation for labor and delivery,
- Help with customized birth plan
- Continuous phone/text/email support during pregnancy
- Attendance during entire labor and for 1 hr after birth to support bonding and initiate breastfeeding
- On-call readiness for your birth from 38 weeks onwards
- Emergency back up birth doula on call
- 1 follow up visit after birth

Package 2 Bonnie Baby
- Economy Doula Package -great for the family looking for basic doula services. Maybe it's a second or third pregnancy and you feel that you just need some basic pregnancy and birth review info and guidance. This one's for you!
- Two 1 hr prenatal home visits to review labor/delivery basics and birth plan
- Continuous labor support throughout birth and delivery in person or virtual
- Phone/email/text support during pregnancy
- 1 hr support after birth to establish bonding and support breastfeeding

Package 3 Hello world!
The Postpartum package: This consists of 6 postpartum visits to your home after baby is born. Ideally it will be 3 visits a week for the first two weeks. This plan will assist you transitioning into parenthood, adjusting to baby's schedule, support with feedings, and basic infant care techniques......
- 1 in home visit before baby is born
- 6 postpartum visits to your home, 1-2 hrs each visit
- Unlimited text/phone/email support during this time
- One on one help and support for mom and baby
- Lactation counseling/ proper latching /pumping /breastfeeding basics

Lactation Counseling -$60 per hr
Overnight Newborn Care - (8 hr shift) $300 (multiples please add $40 per shift)
Postpartum Doula Care -$45 per hr, multiples $50 per hour (4 hr minimum required)
